Environmental, Health, and Safety Consulting

Michael LeDuc is the owner of M&K Consulting, as well as a senior consultant who supports many of the clients needs in the field. Michael started his safety career at a central valley based oil and gas drilling company where he had the opportunity to engage with his peers through a behavior based safety (BBS) observation process. BBS became an introduction for Michael to learn as much as he could about safety, the environment, and how EHS systems support the actual work being executed. Michael continued his safety journey by working his way into a senior advisor role that supported local oil and gas producers such as OXY, Aera, Chevron, and California Resources Corporation. Along with the 20 years of experience, Michael has obtained many certifications throughout his career, most recently an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety.  Additionally, Michael has participated in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) champions course provided by University of Alabama, Birmingham. Michael started M&K Consulting when he identified opportunities to share his knowledge with small businesses and help improve their safety culture.
